By using Pinoy Best Deals (PBD), you agree to comply with any applicable posted guidelines for all PBD services. The PBD site is provided on an "as is" or "as available" basis, without any warranties. All express and implied warranties are expressly disclaimed.

PBD may change, modify or otherwise alter these terms and conditions at any time and the modifications shall become effective immediately upon the posting. You must review this page on a regular basis to keep yourself informed of any changes.

Here are some reminders when using PBD:

1. Content on PBD is user-generated

PBD does not control and is not responsible for the content made available in PBD, and that by using PBD, you may be exposed to content that is offensive, indecent, inaccurate, misleading, or otherwise objectionable.

2. You should not violate the intellectual property of other persons

Please report any infringing material. PBD will remove the infringing material, subject to the procedures outlined in the relevant laws.

3. Please observe proper conduct while using PBD

This means that you cannot post abusive, discriminatory, illegal, libelous, pornographic, false or deceptive or spam content. Please post your content under the proper category, i.e., the category that best describes the item or service. Duplicate or multiple ads of the same item or service are not allowed. Only ads that are in Filipino and English languages are allowed. Once an ad is rejected, you will be given an opportunity to revise and change the ad.

4. Our service has limitations

PBD may establish limits concerning use of the site, including those relating to the duration of the storage of the content, number and size of postings. PBD is not responsible if it deletes or fails to store any of your content.

5. Refusal of Content

PBD shall have the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion to refuse, delete or move any Content that is available via the Service, for violating this Agreement or for any other reason.

6. You cannot sell prohibited and illegal items

The use of PBD shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and PBD agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the proper courts of Makati City, Philippines.
