CORPORATE SR. HSE MANAGER
Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering with backgorund in electrical works. Completed training on Basic Occupational Safety & Health (BOSH) and/or Basic Occupational Safety and Health for Construction (COSH). Completed trainings on ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 auditor course. Must have at least ten (10) years total experience in developing and implementing a Health & Safety Environment (HSE) Management System in the construction of plants in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and/or refinery industry. With experience in coordinating and executing safety cases and supporting studies, quantitative/ qualitative safety risk assessment, process hazard analysis, fire protection and environmental impact assessments. Broad EPC expertise and experience to implement a sound and integrated HSE Management System into the engineering and construction activities of a project. Must be an accredited Occupational Health and Safety Practitioner by DOLE.
 

SR. IT MANAGER
Graduate of BS Computer Engineering/ECE or other IT related courses. With significant experience and professional training of more than 5 years as an IT Manager or IT Lead. Have experience in coordination of resources to meet broad IT related objectives.

ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING MANAGER
Licensed Electrical Engineer w/ 15 yrs experience for electrical engineering of substation (i.e. switchgear, MCC, Transformer, UPS, DC, Generator, etc.) and electrical field design (i.e. Power, Lighting, Earthing, Cathodic Protection, Heat Trace, Telecom, etc) with Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industry knowledge in Major Oil Specification and International Code & Standard. Managerial experience and good leadership and managing skills

STATIC EQUIPMENT ENGINEERS
Licensed Mechanical Engineer w/ 3 yrs of relevant working experience in an oil/gas or petrochemical industries pref in an EPC company. Experience in preparation of design/engineering deliverables such as design specifications, mechanical datasheets, material take-off, loading data, design calculations, detailed drawings, material requisitions, technical bid evaluations / vendor document review for pressure vessels and tanks. Wellversed with the use of international codes and standards used in the industry.

ROTATING MACHINERY ENGINEERS
Licensed Mechanical Engineer w/ 3 yrs of relevant working experience in an oil/gas or petrochemical industry preferably in an EPC company. Skilled in engineering works of process equipment such as pumps, compressors, fans and blowers, steam / gas turbines for the petrochemical, refinery and LNG project. Experience in preparation of design/engineering deliverables such as mechanical data sheets, design specifications, bid evaluations / vendor document review for rotating machinery equipment. Well-versed with the use of international codes and standards used in the industry.

PACKAGED EQUIPMENT ENGINEERS
Licensed Mechanical Engineer w/ 3 yrs of relevant working experience in an oil/gas or petrochemical industry preferably in an EPC company. Skilled in mechanical design of process packaged equipment such as boilers chemical injection skids, cooling towers and water treatment for petrochemical/refinery/LNG project. Have experience in preparation of design deliverables such as mechanical data sheets, design specifications, requisitions, bid evaluations / vendor document review for packaged equipment. Well-versed with the use of international codes and standards used in the industry.

FURNACE ENGINEERS
Licensed Mechanical Engineer w/ 3 yrs of relevant working experience in an oil/gas or petrochemical industry preferably in an EPC company. Skilled in mechanical design/engineering of direct fired equipment such as vertical cylindrical type fired heaters, box type fired heaters and combustion equipment such as boiler, incinerator, flare stack for the petrochemical, refinery and LNG project. Experience in preparation of design deliverables such as mechanical data sheets, design specifications, bid evaluations / vendor document review for fired heaters. Well-versed with the use of international codes and standards used in the industry.

PROCESS ENGINEERING SUPERVISORS
Licensed Chemical Engineer w/ 7 yrs work experience in Engineering Design field, preferably Oil and Gas, 2 yrs of which involved in management activities. Knowledgeable and experienced in Basic Process Design, Detailed Process Design, P&ID Production, Thermal rating, Utility Systems, Water Treatment and Drainage Systems. Excellent managerial skills.

PROCESS ENGINEERS
Licensed Chemical Engineer w/ 5 yrs work experience in Engineering Design field, preferably Oil & Gas. Knowledgeable and skilled in Process Design, Equipment Design, P&ID Preparation, Utility Design and Offsite/Waste Water Engineering. Good leadership skills and firm engineering judgment.

SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEERS
Licensed Civil Engineer w/ 7 yrs work experience in structural analysis including foundation design preferably related to Oil & Gas Projects and can interpret other discipline loading data. Proficient in STAAD and MS Excel Operation. Knowledgeable in application of international design codes such as ACI, BS, etc. Good supervisory and communication skills with regards to project execution. Performs as Lead Engineer for Civil or Structure Group.

CIVIL ENGINEERS
Licensed Civil Engineer w/ 5 yrs work experience in structural analysis including foundation design preferably related to Oil & Gas Projects and can interpret other discipline loading data. Proficient in STAAD and MS Excel. Knowledgeable in application of international design codes such as ACI, BS, etc. Good supervisory and communication skills with regards to project execution. Performs as Lead Checker for Civil or Structure Group.

JUNIOR CIVIL ENGINEERS
Licensed Civil Engineer w/ 2 yrs work experience in structural analysis including foundation design preferably related to Oil & Gas Projects and can interpret other discipline loading data. Proficient in STAAD and MS Excel. Knowledgeable in application of international design codes such as ACI, BS, etc. Perform detailed design for Civil or Structure Group

SENIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

ELECTRICAL DESIGNERS
Licensed Electrical Engineer w/ experience in Electrical Engineering works for Industrial Plants such as Power Plant, Refinery, LNG, Chemical and Mining Plant. Some technical knowledge in: 1) EE theories such as Voltage Drop Calculation, Cable Sizing Calculation and Short Circuit Current Calculation. 2) Cable Installation Design such as Cable List, Cable Drum List, Cable Wiring Lay-out for Motor/Power Distribution Panel, Cable Tray Layout and Cable Trench Layout. 3) Earthing (Grounding) Design such as Earthing for Motor or Structure and Lightning Protection. 4) Lighting Design such as Illumination Level Calculation, Lighting Fixture Layout and Lighting Fixture Diagram. 5) Telecommunication Design such as block diagrams and layout drawings for Telephone, Speakers, CCTV cameras and security systems.

INSTRUMENT ENGINEERS
Licensed Instrument Engineer, Electronics Engineer, or Electrical Engineer with 3 yrs experience in instrument design, system design, field instrument engineering design and instrument construction design. Experience in Instrument Engineering IT tools such as SPI, Instrument Calculation Software, etc. Familiar with different International Codes and Standards. Performs instrument engineering design, system design and/or construction design, checks and reviews related deliverables, control/monitor project execution schedule, mhrs and manpower allocation, prepares project reports, coordinates with other disciplines for instrument design works.

INSTRUMENT DESIGNERS
Graduate of BS ECE, BS Electrical Engineering, BS Instrumentation & Control Engineering or other related courses. With 2 yrs of work experience in instrument design works, with construction site experience is an advantage. Experience in instrument construction detail design works, MTO etc. Knowledge in 2D/3D and SPR Operation including SPI is an advantage.

PROJECT ENGINEERS
Licensed Mechanical, Chemical, Electronics or Electrical Engineer with 5 yrs of Engineering work experience in Oil & Gas Projects. Actual experience in Project Engineering related activities such as proposal preparation, project coordination, project management, etc. Strong-minded, independent, proactive, and motivated to lead a project.

JR. PROJECT ENGINEERS
Licensed Mechanical, Chemical, Electronics or Electrical Engineer with 3 yrs of Engineering work experience in any of the following industries; Oil & Gas, WWT, Power Generation, Petrochemical and Renewable Energy. Strong desire to be involved in Project Engineering activities such as proposal preparation, project coordination, project management, etc. Strong-minded, independent, proactive, and motivated to lead a project in the future.

SR. CONSTRUCTION PLANNING ENGINEER
Licensed Mechanical Engineer with 5-15 yrs of work experience as a Construction Planning Engineer in the organization of Home Office (H/O) and/or Construction Field Office (F/O). Must be experienced in Establishing Concept of TSF & Camp Facilities, Designing of TSF & Camp Facilities, Subcontracting of Construction Work, Field Site Visits, Analyzing/ Scheduling Implications, Completing Delay Analysis and Change Order, etc.

CONSTRUCTION PLANNING ENGINEER FOR PIPING
Licensed Mechanical Engineer with 3-5 yrs of work experience in working as a Piping Engineer in the organization of Home Office (H/O) and/or Construction Field Office (F/O). Actual experience in establishing Piping Schedule, field site visits, analyzing schedule implications, delay analysis and change order, etc. Knowledgeable in Primavera, MS Applications and other software for construction planning.

CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE ENGINEER
Licensed Mechanical or Civil Engineer. With at least 2 years of work experience in Construction Planning preferably in the industry of Oil & Gas. Must be well versed in Primavera-6, MS Applications and other software for Construction Planning. Good oral and written communication skills.

QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER
Graduate of a BS Engineering course and with strong IT background. With 2 yrs experience in developing and auditing management systems in accordance with ISO 9001 and preferably also ISO 27001 requirements gained from engineering or IT based company. Completed an internationally recognized Internal Auditor Training or External Auditor/Lead Auditor Training for ISO 9001 and preferably also ISO 27001.

PIPING SENIOR ENGINEERS
Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering with 10 yrs work experience in piping design work in the field of oil and gas. Experienced in interpretation of P&IDs, UHD, Line Lists, Piping Material Service Classes, General Arrangement Drawings and Isometric Drawings. Familiar with the relevant codes and standards, 3D work environment and information drawings of other disciplines. Knowledge in 3D software and Smart Plant Review is an advantage. A team player and can perform work with min. supervision. Licensed Engineer is an advantage

PIPING ENGINEERS

PIPING STRESS ENGINEERS
Licensed Mechanical Engineer with 2 yrs of work experience in Piping Stress Analysis using Caesar II and/or Autopipe. Knowledgeable in stress calculation and design of pipe supports and evaluation of nozzle loads of static and rotating equipments.

PIPING MATERIAL ENGINEERS
Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering with 2 yrs of work experience in preparation of piping material specifications, vendor’s evaluation and check & review of vendor’s drawings and data in an oil and gas or petrochemical industry preferably in an EPC company. Licensed engineer is an advantage.

SR. IT ENGINEER
Graduate of BS Computer Science, BS Computer Engineering, BS ECE or other related courses. With 8 yrs of work experience in providing technical and end-user desktop support. Knowledgeable in using VMWare Server, Network & IP Telephony, MS Windows OS and other MS Office products. Board Passer and Certification (CCNA or MCSA minimum of 2) is an advantage.

CADET IT ENGINEER
Graduate of BS Computer Science, BS Computer Engineering, BS ECE or other related courses. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Must be 20 to 24 years old. Applicants who passed the Board Exam (for ECE) or certified by CCNA or MCSA have an advantage.

IT ENGINEER (PDS ADMINSTRATOR)
Graduate of BS Computer Engineering, BS Information Technology, BS Computer Science or other related courses. With 3 yrs experience as PDS Administrator in Oil & Gas industry. Can administer Intergraph PDS 3D operation, system & database administration (Oracle/ SQL/ MS Access). Knowledge in computer hardware/software/programming is an advantage. Basic plant/piping engineering skills will be an advantage.

IT ENGINEER (PDMS ADMINSTRATOR)
Graduate of BS Computer Engineering, BS Information Technology, BS Computer Science or other related courses. With 3 yrs experience as PDS Administrator in Oil & Gas industry. Can administer PDMS 3D operation, system & database administration. Knowledge in computer hardware/ software/ programming (macro) an advantage. Basic plant/piping engineering skills will be an advantage.

CADET ENGINEERS
Graduate of BS Chemical Engineering, BS Civil Engineering, BS Electrical Engineering, BS Mechanical Engineering, BS ECE and BS Instrumentation & Control Engineering. Must be a Board Passer (except for BS ICE) and with good scholastic records. Applicants should be 21 to 24 years old, either male or female and willing to undergo trainings.
 

CAD OPERATORS

For Civil Engineering Center: Graduate of Civil Engineering, BS Arch, Drafting Technology. With minimum of 2 years drafting experience preferably related to Oil & Gas Projects. Must be proficient in using AutoCAD 2009 or latest ver. Knowledge in Microstation and PDMS operation is an advantage.
